    1. Audits
      • To carry out on-site audits, similar to the applications of the Competition Authority, on companies' physical and electronic environments,
      • To assess the companies' current practices' compatibility with the competition law and to determine risks,
      • To report the audit results and solutions to company management both verbally and in writing.
    2. Training
      • To provide training for the company management and staff on basic competition law as well as on matters such as the Competition Authority's sectoral decisions and applications and on what to pay attention to during on-site audit processes,
      • To prepare a 'competition law guidebook'.
    3. Adaptation to Competition Law
      • To issue opinions on the applications companies plan to realize in the future, from a competition law point-of-view and to offer solutions,
      • To answer all competition law-related questions companies might pose,
      • To ensure coordination among the relevant divisions of the companies.
  2. Defense Statement
    • To prepare three written defense statements and to present the oral defense statement to the Competition Authority in an effective manner, as part of investigations carried out by the Competition Authority,
    • To carry out all written and verbal communication with the Competition Authority,
    • To represent companies before the Competition Authority,
    • To conduct all procedures of conusance, promissory or reconciliation,
    • To supervise possible on-site inspections which might be carried out by the Competition Authority
  3. Issuing Opinions on the Prepared Defense Statement
    • To issue opinions on defense statements prepared by various law/consultancy firms or within the companies and to offer alternative comments and defense statements.
  4. Applications to the Competition Authority
    • To apply for mergers-acquisitions and exemptions to the Competition Authority and to manage the process.
  5. Adjudication Processes
    • To manage the adjudication process against the verdicts of the Competition Authority.
