Mr. H. Erkan YARDIMCI, Partner/ Senior Competition Consultant

Mr. YARDIMCI served as Deputy Chair, Head of Department and Head of Group since the establishment of the Competition Authority, for over 21 years. After having been appointed to the Competition Authority following his posts under the Inspection Board at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, he led many investigations, mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and the administrative and technical processes of exemption files as well as playing a key role in forming the policies regarding the competitive design of energy markets. After his services in the public sector, Mr. YARDIMCI worked at Türk Tuborg Inc. as Director of Competition Monitoring and Adaptation and currently serves as Partner and Senior Competition Advisor at EKO-D Consultancy.
